Sometimes the app doesn't find my itunes library, i usually reinstall the app and reinstall/repair the isyncr client on my pc and it works. Wifi sync works great but you have to be on the same local network for it to work - so, if you have an network extender or second router, make sure both your computer and phone are connected to the same extender/router otherwise the syncr app wont find your itunes library.

This was an easier experience than using android file transfer, and the album art was quite glitchy with that method.
